Real Estate Appraisers
- To renew your Real Estate Appraise License in the state of Idaho, you are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education every year.
- Real Estate Appraiser’s must also complete a 7-hour USPAP update course once every two years.
- All Real Estate Appraiser licenses expire on the licensee’s birth date every year. Continuing education must be complete prior to expiration.
- Licensees are required to maintain verification of course completion. The Board will conduct random audits for continuing education requirements.
