  • To renew your Electrical Contractors License in the state of Idaho, you are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education every three years.
  • 16 hours must be on the National Electrical Code books updates. The remaining 8 hours must be on trade related topics.
  • Electrical Contractors License expires every three years. The expiration date will be on the license, continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
  • Licensees shall turn in proof of completion of required continuing education to the Bureau prior to or with the renewal application.
NEC Review Part 1 AND Texas Electrical Law

4 hours for $45.00 online!
A four-hour course covers the most common requirements of chapters 1 & 2 of the 2005 NEC and provides a more thorough understanding of the code.
Texas Rules and Regulations for Electricians

1 hour for $10.00 online!
This 1-hour course is ONLY for students who have already satisfied the 3-hour Texas code requirement.
